Management Team

Matt Morrow, CEO

Matt Morrow is chief executive officer of ENSTOR and also executive vice president, business development, gas storage and hub services for Iberdrola Renewables in the US and Canada.

Matt has thirteen years of experience in the gas storage and hub services industry and was instrumental in the development of hub services within the gas industry at the Henry Hub. Previous positions include COO, TradeCapture.com; director of e-commerce, Texaco Natural Gas; and president, Sabine Hub Services, where he was responsible for all aspects of Texaco's storage and hub services business in North American natural gas.

A native Texan, Matt has a bachelor's degree in civil engineering and an MBA from the University of Texas A&M.

Patrick De Ville, President

Pat has more than 20 years experience in the natural gas industry and has worked within the utility, trading, and storage development markets. He has overall responsibility for ENSTOR with a primary focus on commercial monetization of operating storage facilities in the U.S., regulatory functions, and economic evaluation of developing storage projects.

Prior to joining ENSTOR, Pat directed all storage trading activities at Energy USA-TPC. He has also managed natural gas storage assets at Aquila, managed gasoline and heating oil storage inventories in the Northeast U.S. for Cargill, and worked for Atmos. Pat has a bachelor's degree in finance from Louisiana Tech and a Master's degree in finance from the University of North Texas.

Pablo Canales, Chief Financial Officer

Pablo Canales is chief financial officer for ENSTOR and for Iberdrola Renewables in the US.

He previously served with Iberdrola in Brazil from 2002 to 2005 as Head of the Control and Administration Department for South America activities where he oversaw the Iberdrola partnership with Banco de Brasil. This partnership has distribution companies in three different Brazilian states with over eight million clients and 988 MW of generation assets; distribution companies in Bolivia for La Paz and Oruro with 500,000 clients; and a hydro plant of 124 MW in Chile.

Previously, Pablo had various responsibilities in the Control and Administration Corporate Department in Spain. Prior to joining Iberdrola in 1996, he was with Arthur Andersen in the audit business in Spain. He has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Comercial de Deusto.

John McStravick, Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel

John E. McStravick has been responsible for the legal affairs of ENSTOR since 2003, and is also General Counsel - North America Natural Gas for Iberdrola Renewables, Inc., the parent of ENSTOR.

John has more than 20 years of diverse experience in the energy industry. Prior to joining the company, he was in private practice in the Energy Section of Porter & Hedges, LLP in Houston. John's experience also includes nearly ten years in various engineering, management and sales positions with Halliburton Energy Services.

John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Juris Doctorate from St. Mary's University School of Law. He is admitted to the Texas Bar, registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and is a Registered Professional Engineer in Texas.

Ben Moore, Vice President, Business Development

Ben has more than twenty years of commercial and engineering experience in the upstream/midstream energy industry, and has been with ENSTOR since its inception in 2002. He has led the company's acquisition efforts which now encompass five operational natural gas storage facilities representing ~80 Bcf of storage capacity.

Prior to ENSTOR, Ben served as Director of Marketing and Midstream Businesses for Dominion Resources, responsible for directing the company's midstream development activities and managing the company's oil and gas hedging programs. He started his career as a Reservoir Engineer for Tenneco Oil Company and Shell Offshore Inc.

Ben earned a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Oklahoma in 1986 and a MBA from Duke University in 1994.

Ronald S. Routledge, Vice President, Operations and Engineering

Ron is responsible for operating ENSTOR's existing gas storage facilities in Katy, Texas and Alberta, Canada and oversees the engineering and construction aspects of ENSTOR's capital program. Ron has 24 years experience in natural gas operations, processing, construction, storage, and marketing.

Ron has a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the Royal Military College of Canada and completed post graduate studies at the Royal Military College of Science, Shrivenham, U.K.

Mark Tumbach, President, Iberdola Canada Energy Services

Mark manages ENSTOR's equity interest in the Alberta Hub Gas Storage Facility. Mark has spent over 22 years in the oil and gas business. In the past 12 years he has been directly involved in the development and management of two storage facilities; CrossAlta Gas Storage Facility and the Alberta Hub. Prior to joining the company, Mark was president and CEO of Texaco Canada Petroleum Inc.

Mark obtained both a B.Sc. (Chemical) and Business degree from the University of Alberta.
